Gonna assume some state or municipality will foot the majority of the bill for their new stadium.

State bonds being sold to the Chiefs that cover 70%. Sales taxes raised from the district will repay the bonds.

Sometimes I forget how bad most of the cities are down south lol. I've lived in Lincoln and still live in the Lincoln area and going to Topeka the few times ive been there its ghetto as frick.
yea it’s awful. I stay in Topeka one night a year every year for state cross country. We stay in the area near the mall which is nicer but when we drive around I’m always amazed at how awful it is.

The Kansas City suburbs in Kansas are the best part of the KC area but Kansas City in Kansas is probably the worst.

True to an extent. But that area where they are going to build the stadium is pretty nice. Nascar track, MLS stadium, big shopping center, etc.

No humidity (chuckle).

Someone knows little about the Midwest.

Was gonna say. Especially eastern NE we get humid as frick when the corn gets big or they've got a lot of pivots going.

I can't see Lambeau ever being a dome. Cincinatti won't either because Mike Brown is too cheap to even 1/4 fund a rebuild.

Buffalo is building a new outdoor stadium now.

NE is still great and the Krafts are NE natives, so I don't think they'd give up that Home Field advantage.

Metlife is still pretty new, but I could see ownership wanting a new roof when the taxpayers stop paying for the first time they got fleeced.

Pittsburgh and Baltimore. Who knows, but I just can't see two vee traditiinal Northeast teams who pride themselves in toughness doing that, but I don't put anything past any owner at this point.

So tired of domes. They pussify the sport.

Kurt Warner shouldn't be allowed to ever call a game in a dome again.

Tax funder paid stadium

Lower capacity

PSLs

And higher ticket prices due to lower supply

Hunt family making out like bandits

Vegas because they can make money on the stadium from other events or by developing the land around it.

The Raiders didn’t pay for their stadium lol

The hotel tax is paying for it

That’s why a room in Vegas has like an extra $20+ a night on it
