Is it too early to call him a bust? He and Trey Lance in same draft. Mean While Mac Jones looks good. I am an LSU fan.

name me a second year QB who is going to succeed with the insane moves Belichick made with the patriots. No OC, no QB coach, no offensive play makers,and every trade move made the team worse. they still havent really gotten him any top tier offensive targets, just some serviceable guys.
of the wilson, fields, lawrence, jones, and lance field of 1st round qbs, mac jones is unquestionably the best one

Lawrence is the best of that group with Jones second. Fields is the worst. Lance is still a question mark.

Jones has a better completion percentage, better yards per completion, better TD to int ration, and a better rating, thats with playing a year without an OC or a QB coach, also riddled with injuries, behind a worse o line. Lawrence has more passing yards cause hes played more games
