All these rulings are meant to destabilize the current ruling body (NCAA) so that a new one can take over. The increased messiness and absurdity is by design.

local judge in Louisiana

If this a state judge what are the connections to Louisiana for all the players unless all transferring to Louisiana schools. I didn’t see how the other local rulings for Texas Tech and Ole Miss should have had power outside of their respective states that the NCAA would have to follow.

I only checked 4 or 5 names and see one player who used to live in Louisiana before going to Ole Miss and one who played at LSU last season, but I also see some who lived and went to college elsewhere.

I struggle to find that a local judge should have the power outside of Louisiana. I am not exactly sure how some of the players have standing to file in a local state court where they aren’t domiciled, weren’t injured in, or have a connection to the state like former college was in the state or similar.

We could use all the help at FSU. Welcome back guys.

If only they granted prison inmates another year of eligibility, Free Shoes University would win the National Championship every year.
