Lebron, CP3 and Duncan are the only "great" players I've seen where flopping is a main part of their game

Jordan definitely flopped on that play. But you are kidding yourself if he did it to the extent that the new age NBA players do it today. I blame Vlade and Duncan.

agreed with both. quite delusional to think jordan to didnt flop on that play. to the msb

Neither did Jordan 9 years into his career.

In fact didn't he only have 2 or 3 by that point and only after he gained Phil Jackson, Pippen and a slew of supporting players?

Sounds familiar no?

MJ did it in less years

Gotcha.

So while MJ had the opportunity to mature at an elite college program for 3 years.....

Michael Jordan was never a 2-time National consensus HS player of the year
Michael Jordan never played in the NBA at 18
Michael Jordan never made an NBA All Star team at 20
Michael Jordan never took his team to the NBA Finals at 22
Michael Jordan never won a scoring title at 23
Michael Jordan never won an MVP award at 24
Michael Jordan never won 4 MVP awards at 28
Michael Jordan never made 9 NBA All Star teams at 28

MJ didn't have to flop. He had his own rules.

And the media always made light of it. I watch practically every Heat game and refs have started to use the Shaq rules on LeBron because he is so physically dominating.

Jordan would have never won those Titles without Stern pulling strings.

Are you forgetting that just 2 years ago Lebron was running from the ball in the NBA Finals??

Lebron is an elite player, one of the best ever for sure, but these ridiculous claims that he is on Jordan's level is absurd. Time makes most of us stupid I guess.

If you think MJ is better, so be it...and you may be right. But if you don't think that LeBron is comparable to Jordan, you are the stupid one. The only thing Jordan did better than LeBron was score and that is because LeBron, unlike Jordan has a "pass first" mentality and is a much better rebounder. LeBron is the most versatile offensive and defensive player in NBA history. Name another player who can play 1-4 on offense and 1-5 on defense. There is nobody even close.

You are stretching the truth to make an argument. Lebron isn't guarding real 4s and 5s like Dwight, Tim Duncan, hell even Hibbert. He is definitely a versatile defender but the dude doesn't guard centers.

I'm not stretching the truth. I'm also not saying that LeBron could guard a dominant center for 40 minutes. But I have seen him defend Pau Gasol, Dwight Howard, Kevin Garnett and other elite big men in crunch time when those players were hurting the Heat. He defends elite 4's all the time. He would be guarding David West in this series if Paul George wasn't Indiana's best offensive player.

Give it time. when he's posing for a photo in July with his 4 MVP awards, 2 Finals MVP awards, 2 Larry O'Brien trophies and his 2 gold medals, I'm sure that will tick you off.

No way you could put this up against a routine lebron flop an even think it's comparable

Lebron is a flopper...period. Jordan, and most 80s/early 90s players were not. Doesn't mean I don't like him, or he's any less of a player. He flops, and quite often.
