If/when the Nuggets win the title Jokics playoffs will be in the running of best of all time. The only thing he probably won't have is some big clutch shot, but that's because they don't have to wait for buzzer beaters often

His fadeaway 3, off the wrong foot, with AD in his face, as the shot clock expired with 2:50 left in game 4 against the Lakers will go down as legend.
That was the biggest, but he hit 3 of those in series.

The guy has been in the league for 8 years. He's lost a ton of games and this is the first time he has been able to lead a team to the NBA finals. If he's clutch the world would and will know it.

Name the players who have won titles With their best teammate injured.
If your top 2 guys aren’t both healthy you not winning.
Guys like Bron, Steph, etc - any time they win titles their teams were healthy. Anything less than great health, no title.

Murray and the Joker have been teammates for 7 years. And this is still the first time making it to the finals.

The east was utterly horrendous.
In the last 5-6 seasons the only time lebron made noise is when both he and AD were perfectly healthy. Anytime either of them has been banged up, not even close to a title.
That is not picking on lebron nobody is winning rings with themselves or the 2nd best player hurt.

*6 years, Murray missed all of last year injured.
Look at Denver’s roster prior to the bubble and then getting AG. It was comparable to Lebron’s early Cavs teams.
You also had the Warrior dynasty in the west, then Lebron and AD to go through.
The 06-07 East that the Cavs won was absolutely atrocious

Im a very casual fan. Will watch the conference finals and finals unless the hawks are good.
I never watched Jokic before this month. I know he was winning mvps but the nuggets were never deep in the playoffs or on prime time.
He's phenomenal. Crazy seeing someone so dominant at all phases with that build. Glad he's getting the spotlight
