Pirates/Rangers pitcher Jim Bibby could do the same thing

Compare the hand size in the first photo, that's nuts.

Huge mitts. Bibby was a 6'5" right-hander, so I'm guessing he had some big hands, too.

Yogi was great, but he was no Johnny Bench

During the 1975 World Series, some sportswriter asked Sparky Anderson to compare Bench and Yankees catcher Thurmon Munson, the AL MVP.
Sparky said, "Man don't you NEVER embarrass anyone by comparing him to Johnny Bench!"

No, Johnny was the GOAT but if I could take anyone for my imaginary team I would take Yogi even though Bench was the GOAT. Mainly just because. But more than anything because Yogi knew how to beat your arse. Look up his batting numbers in the seventh through ninth innings with the Yankees tied or behind. He’s the empirical proof that clutch hitting is a real thing because he turned it up several notches in those situations.

One of the many reasons that he's the greatest catcher to ever play.
