No one could stop Joe Brady in college last year. The Panthers one of the 9 teams off to a 0-2 start and sit at the bottom of the NFC South currently.

I'm confused. Did he or did he not call the plays?

I like Teddy B, but he's not a starter. And that defense is hot arse.

Wait, so you're telling me NFL talent is better than collegiate talent?

Are you telling me Joe Brady, the sole reason for LSU's offensive success last year, has only managed 1 touchdown pass in 2 games this season?

Despite having no Oline, or WR1, Joe Burrow isn't doing too bad in Cincy despite being 0-2. Give the system time to build with two crappy teams.

So you are telling me when a coach leaves an all-time great offense in college and goes to coach a pro team that has sucked for a few years and he has to deal with new players who are learning a new scheme, then there is going to be a bit of a drop-off??

Ya don't say...

LSU had better talent than 90% of the teams they played last year and equal talent to the rest. The Panthers are on the opposite end of that spectrum

This wasn't a factor at LSU.

At LSU, he had a Heisman QB, a first round RB, a stellar Oline, and a receiving corps that is probably better right now than Panthers' group.

In Carolina, he has McCaffery and pretty much nothing else.

This thread confuses me.

The Panthers are in year 1 of a major rebuild and will probably not be a competitor for 2-3 years. This stuff goes in cycles.

The Panthers' good periods were the mid 90s, 2003-2005, and 2013-2015. They'll be back around 2023.

Brady doesn't coach defense, and only 4 teams in the NFL have allowed more points than Carolina.

You realize hes the OC and they are 9th in total offense with Teddy fricking Bridgewater?

Why would you use record as a way to judge the performance of the OC?

He sure didn't have much success the year before without Brady.
