Which is why a ton of people hate watching him play.

Or certain things people cannot stand watching.
Rip through was one
Lunging into the defender to draw a foul is another
Curry's falling on 3pt attempts is absolutely stupid
I love AD and ryno, but that lunging shite they do is some of the most annoying shite to watch. That's not basketball.

got DAMN I hate Harden. He is so soft, you can literally see it in his eyes. Can't wait to see he and CP fold in a couple weeks

Lebron has been doing this shite his entire career.

Are you really comparing the two?
LeBron has gotten the Shaq treatment for much of his career. Players are allowed to maul him continuously with no calls because he's a physical freak and bigger and stronger than nearly all of them.
Same thing happened to Shaq and it was ridiculous.
LeBron does get some calls for sure, but what Harden does is entirely different.
What I took from last night's game was that the Rockets are in trouble. Twolve's best weapon does almost nothing and they refuse to run their offense through him, Capela and Harden both have huge nights, and the Rockets still need stupid play after stupid play by the TWolves to win at home by 3.
Think about that?

What you don't understand about basketball fans, is that we can watch James Harden play against anyone and decide that it's not an enjoyable brand of basketball to watch. If he played for anyone other than Houston, you would probably recognize this.

Right, in the same way Pelican fans would defend him if he was playing for NO.

Uh no.
Harden is legitimately one of the great basketball talents in the game. Everyone hates him not because he's good, but because of his style of play... aka his ridiculous legacy of trying to draw fouls.
It is a very frustrating part of the game. A talent like him shouldn't have to rely on such pussy arse behavior.

Yeah, or how about we actually routinely call out cousins for chasing the foul when he does it.
I can root for a guy because he's on my team, but I can criticize him for poor "basketball" when he does stupid shite like flop or crying for calls. Doing it doesn't make you a bad fan.
Portland fans here calls out Lillard for his stupid foul chasing, yal would never do that when it comes to harden.

Portland fans brutalized Lillard for trying to draw a foul on Jrue at the end instead of making a legitimate basketball play.

According to the stat that he leads the league in scoring if you take away every player’s free throws, safe to say he don’t “rely” on anything. he can score from anywhere on the court. Don’t reach tho. Bc you will pay.
He has taken the most difficult shot in the nba. The WORST shot you wanna see your guy taking. The contested step back three. And turned it into the most unstoppable and unguardable shot in the league as evidenced by him being the best ISO scorer ever recorded. Why do you think he is being mentioned in the same sentence w Mike. Kob. Etc etc and even places above them by some.
Oh and the praise that is gonna be coming to James this postseason is just starting. So get used to it bubba.

Yall complain to each other. A majority would be defending most actions. It is common for any fan base, it is human nature to an extent.

I guess you are talking to someone else because I never said or even tried to imply this. Do you think Houston fans don't ever get upset or frustrated with Houston players. Wow

His scoring ability was compared to Kobe and KD last night by the TNT crew. FWIW

Again, you don't think the fact that he is trying to draw fouls and is more often than not rewarded for this cheap tactic will have an effect on how he is defended? Of course his stats will look better, because people don't want to put him on the line with a cheap foul he tries to draw.
Again, the saddest part of all of this is that he's an amazing talent, but his style of play makes him unwatchable to some and just weak looking to others.

There is a difference between comparing his scoring ability to top players and comparing his overall game to top player like MJ, Magic, Kobe (as much as I hate to say it).
He's not even on the same planet as any of those of defensive ability or versatility. He's a great offensive player who has little defensive value compared to those peers.

hey it is what it is. I’m not making up the news. Just passing it on. Chuck said himself last night ‘most unguardable Player ever.” Shaq and Jet disagrees. But both of them agreed he was top 5 all time. like I said the praise that is gonna be heaped on hardwn this postseason is just getting started. Get used to it. This is hardwns time.
