At this point they probably just promote someone as an interim coach for 2022. Fwiw I believe Lloyd was initially hired as an interim after the Moeller Excalibur incident. You’d have to assume Michigan AD and admin have been planning for this the last month but we’ll see.

People were saying their recruiting class is all completely signed. I wouldn't be shocked for the NCAA to possibly grant a waiver for a lot of them to withdraw their announcement with him leaving like this.

Regardless, the transfer portal and immediate eligibility is still a worst case for those recruits. I guarantee they lose a chunk of those guys.

Michigan is a joke and remains a joke.

Just saw a report that their top recruit, Will Johnson, could be wavering. I think Riley goes after him.

Then again, I'm always shocked any kid would agree to play for that autistic, buzzcut ronnie milsap looking a-hole in the first place.

They've got talent, historically a more solidly run organization than the Raiders and Bears, and Rodgers won't be around much longer.

They went 8-9 with 7 losses by less than a touchdown and 4 by less than 3. With decent coaching decisions they are probably a 10-12 win team.

The cap may make them lose a little talent though.
