You backtracked that it was his opinion. Your desire to ban him for an opinion was real though. That's why you are being ridiculed.

I said nothing racist. Im not sure you know what that word means
"Whitlock has issues". I wonder what issues you were referring to. I always chuckle at the white guy who calls a black guy racist when said black guy says something negative about another black person. The desire from the left to be able to control black opinion is strong.

Can't blame him honestly. The Jaguars are a horrible team with and a terrible organization overall. He would basically be destined to fail by walking into that job. Especially with that being his first HC job, it would take years of being a coordinator again just to work himself up to a HC gig again.
All a fair opinion...but also an admission that him not being hired had nothing to do with race and, in fact, his race was not going to prevent him from being hired.

I would think the fact that Flores was already a head coach negates his claim that he is being held back from HC opportunities because of his race. In fact, his prior employment as a HC, disproves his claim.

Whitlock is nothing but an Uncle Ruckus

Why isn’t Leftwhich a HC somewhere?
uhm, lets see
maybe because there are only 3 or 4 of these jobs available in the world at any given time...

Calling a black guy insane because he voices an opinion. Wow.

How is this any different from calling someone an Uncle Tom?

discrediting LaFleur’s time as a QB coach is narrow-minded. In your eyes, only time as an OC matters.
You claim that he was lucky because he worked with an established QB in Matt Ryan, but won’t apply the same logic to Leftwich working with the greatest QB of all time in Brady.
And what was his personnel?
I see you left out the rest of my quote, simply to fit your narrative. Got it.
You didn’t answer my question. I asked when the experience of being an NFL QB helped someone land a job. Where’s the beef in this?
Dude, the Cardinals were in the NFC title game shortly before Leftwich arrived. If you think the Cards have a comparable ‘culture’ to Washington, then you have been under a rock.
And don’t think I didn’t notice you using the R-word, you racist bastard.

So he finally gets the reins of his own NFL offense in Tennessee and they are 25th in YPG and 27th in PPG.

Well he was Byron Leftwich.

Doug Pederson. He went from coaching Calvary Baptist to NFL HC in 8 years. He got his first real NFL coaching job in 2011 and his head coaching job in 2016 and he has a super bowl, and a 4-2 playoff record.

You want to throw out the team records for the Cards but just right off the redskins as “bad culture”

Finally read the Complaint. I see no way most of the claims stand up on motion to dismiss based on how paltry the factual pleadings are. All the history about league racism, no matter how accurate, is meant to disguise from the fact that there is zero corroboration or detail on the Flores specific claim outside of the Giants, which is admittedly not nothing but could be explained. I mean I can’t believe the lawyer who wrote this couldn’t bother to figure out the exact date of the Miami yacht “set up” and instead put “winter 2020.” Unlike the giants claims, they show or cite nothing about the broncos or dolphins at all. Not texts, emails, etc other than the undated yachtt episode. No corroboration for the tanking allegations. And I’m sure the dolphins have plenty of communications that will come to light, so the fact that Flores didn’t specify anything tangible is not a good sign for him.. That’s not going to hold up in federal court on plausibility grounds. Also saying “upon information and belief black coaches make less” is ludicrous. It’s all speculation and inference.

Quit making fricking excuses. Sometimes things are exactly as they seem. Money talks. To think that these men (gasp) who have become billionaires by their savvy business moves would purposely not hire people that would be beneficial to their business because they are BLACK (capitalized because we’re supposed to do that now) is asinine.

Kind of a hypocritical by Whitlock since he always panders to the right wing white base of this country. The real question is who's writing his checks to come out with these "hot takes"?
I guess you haven't been reading Whitlock's op-eds for more than the last 20 years. This is Whitlock.

Nothing about them text are in any way indicating of anything racial. All it means is that the Giants had already decide on who they wanted to hire.

10-15 years ago Whitlock was calling Charles Robinson and Yahoo the NCAA's slave catcher for going after Reggie Bush and Miami. Present day Whitlock would blame the USC and Miami scandals on rap music. He found out how well working for the master paid.

Or he learned his error from observation.

So a owner of a business can't hire shitty employees. It's his money. So we HAVE to hire minority candidates. I say bullshite.

What you said is entirely irrelevant to what I was discussing. Everything you said can be true, and it also has nothing to do with his tenure with the Dolphins.

Lol. If he really wanted to get paid he'd work for BLM and just steal donations. The black power structure in this country does more to ruin the black community than any right-wing conspiracy.
