Apologize for what? The cornerback doesn't even owe an apology.

Refs made the call.

What the hell does he have to be sorry for? He didn't make the call. The official did. Should he have sat out the Super Bowl in protest?

Nobody gives a shite about the players that benefitted from the worst no call in sports history. The fricking ref running over angrily telling the side judge not to throw the flag is the frick that needs to apologize.

Would have been a better performance than his actual play that day

Homeboy shouldn't apologize for anything except having to live in Detroit...

Nothing to be sorry for. The saints had a chance to win it and Brees threw a pick

Even without the bad call, Sean Payton would’ve found a way to choke

I’m a Saints fan, and I don’t think that call cost them the game. They had a 13-0 lead early and were dominating the game when they fell asleep and let the Rams execute a fake punt that got LA going. They could have managed the clock better before the PI play. They also won the toss in OT, with a HOF QB playing at home and a supposed offensive genius (just ask him) on the sidelines, and threw an INT.

The same day, the Patriots, with a HOF QB playing on the road, won the toss, and scored a TD to end the game.

Tired of hearing about that fricking call and all of the crybabies who continue to cry about it.

Too bad Brees couldn't see the pic with Fowler pulling down his facemask.

Did the saints frick up chances to have it not come down to that call? of course.

The call still costed them the game.

LOL players don't have to apologize for the NFL rigging games.

I don't think players should be punished for betting on NFL games either.

If the NFL can fix games with impunity, players should be able to gamble.
