I like Portland better?
Not a Dwight Howard fan. Lillard is awesome.

I think this is the first time I've posted anything about the Rockets all year.

And saying Steven Adams is "nothing" shows me you have not a clue about the NBA.
How you can even say trading Harden for him was a good thing blows my mind.

Ok, so if the Rockets were the ones who drafted Harden and OKC drafted Adams and Lamb, and Houston decides to trade Harden for Adams and Lamb, that would be a fantastic trade in your opinion?
You do realize Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook play for OKC right? Just checking.

Just saw the game where Corey Brewer went for 51 in this highlight.
Makes sense that it was against Houston.

When the ball is 2 or more passes away from your man, you sink to the middle of the floor and keep and eye on both your man on one side, and the ball on the other.
This is so you can play help defense if you need to and somebody else can rotate to your man and close out on him if they kick it out to him.
Good lord you can not possibly be justifying that defense in that video. Also, OKC got trade raped and made a massive mistake. Morey killed em in that trade.

He's a 20 year old center. Since you clearly have no clue the normal development rate of NBA centers, can you go ahead and admit you first started watching NBA basketball in the past 2 years?
Cuz otherwise, you ripping a 20 year old center in his first season is just about the dumbest thing I've read on here in awhile.

Compared to Harden he is nothing. What team in the league would say yeah, you roll with Harden. I'll take my chances with Jeremy Lamb and Steven Adams?
You do what a lot of people do around here when you try to win arguments. You just post in circles. It was a bad deal. shite you are the one who brought it up, I'm just calling you out on it.
And regarding your question, it's never happened until Miami. Before then, it seemed unheard of that three guys would be able to make it work. OKC did it through the draft and could have made it work. You talk about people not being objective and then act like this move 1.) would never have went down if harden was a better defender, and 2.) was good for OKC. And you say I don't know anything about the NBA? lol

But I am correct in saying you are supposed to sink to the middle when the ball is on the other side of the court.
Harden does correctly sink to the middle. The problem is that he takes his eye off of his man and lets him run wherever he wants without shadowing him.
He just ball-watches instead of keeping your eyes on both the man and the ball.

OKC has the 2nd best player in the world in a top 2/top 10 overall PG.
They don't need Harden in the way Houston does based on your ridiculous hypothetical. That trade wouldn't make sense for OKC. It's all about fit, something you Rockets fans for some reason are clueless on.

I'm ripping the fact that you think that trading James Harden for him was good as if they are comparable players.
Steven Adams may develop into a nice player in a certain price range... but you don't trade James Harden for him. That's what's stupid.

You guys need to just stick to Rockets threads.
The Heat don't have a single max player. That was part of how they were able to put that team together is the big 3 took slightly less than max money.
Jesus Christ guys

I have never remotely even come close to saying Lamb, Adams, and 1 year of Martin = Harden. Nice try though. OKC got as much as they could, which I'll take.
Much, much better than letting him walk. Ask LA how that worked out for them with Dwight.

Harden doesn't play D because he's too tired from carrying the offense.

they didnt. they let him go for picks. OKC has drafted better than most teams could ever dream of.

He didn't play an ounce of D while in OKC. What was his excuse then?
