There's a couple of reasons this could take so long to get out.
1.) After initial report was filed, it was kept under wraps for a bit before TMZ could find it
2.) Fact-checking: Journalists really don't want to be Teo'd again.
3.) Better timing: I could see TMZ holding this while waiting to see if Jameis could become popular. Then just wait for the right timing and release for more hits
