Not quite right.
Antawn Jamison and Vince Carter were both top 5 picks in 1998 - 27 years ago.
Jamison made the All-Star team in 2008. He is their last All Star not Vince

As dismayed as I am about Carolina's struggles since Herb has been head coach, I don't give a shite what UNC players do in the NBA. They won 3 titles under Roy Williams and made 5 final fours winning 3 of them. so it hasn't been a rough 2 decades.

Agreed. And they did a great job of actually developing good college players who stayed 2-4 years under Roy. Not many one and dones compared to Duke and other big programs.

The meme says they haven't produced an NBA All-Star since Vince. I read that as no one drafted after Vince has been an NBA All-Star, not that he was the last Tar Heel to make an All-Star team. And since technically Vince was drafted after Jamison, Vince was 5th and Jamison was 4th; does that make it right

They have 3 national titles and ended Coach K's career in the Final Four within the last 20 years. I don't think UNC fans care that they haven't produced a bunch of top 5 draft picks in that time.
