Is the NFL mandating that coaches wear masks?

Because most are half-assing it while others are fully covered.

It's just Andy Reid wore a face shield all game.
Pete Carroll is talking in his player's faces without a mask and then puts it over his mouth when he's back on the sideline.
Josh McDaniels just has his around his neck the entire time.
Bill Belichick just has it over his mouth.
And they all take off the mask to call plays and talk to players and then put it back on when nobody is around them for the TV cameras.

Yeah Reid wore a face guard the entire game but Carroll had his mask around his neck the entire 4th quarter.
And they all pull down their masks to talk to players who obviously aren't wearing masks.
It's just weird optics that seems the NFL has told them to don masks even though their players aren't.
Either Karate do yes, or Karate do no...Karate do so-so...get squished like grape.

I went to high school with the NFL's Chief Medical officer who is in charge of the NFL covid policies. He's a smart fellow but his specialty is brain tumors, sports neurosurgery, and general neurosurgery. The NFL probably consults with some virus specialist to come with the covid policies. Who would have thought the NFL needed an Epidemiologist on the payroll.

They are suppose to wear them on the sidelines for when they communicate or will be in close contact with officials/sideline staff who are not part of the team. It's why they can take them off to have conversations with players & other coaches, but have to wear them while near the field. Officials, and other personnel have a higher likelihood to pass into the make believe 6' perimeter of the coach; as a result, he must wear his mask/shield.
