He is not worth it. His contract will destroy the team. When the defensive coordinator leaves, along with the big defensive players, and it is just Russell, it will be a great fall from grace.
Russells offense already sucks dick. Who the hell is he throwing to right now? And he already has a makeshift o-line that is well below league average

I think he'll get a contract that'll be structured similar to what Andy Dalton and Kaepernick got

What the frick would they have done if they got rid of them? And yes Dallas is doing pretty Damn good. if you let a good qb walk you are pretty much committing suicide in the NFL these days

Wilson makes less than a million dollars a year i think

how many players are they going to lose after they put 19 million dollars into him?

I'm pretty locked in on the NFL and I couldn't name a single WR on his team right now.

You're not really as "locked in" to the NFL than you think.

They'll sacrifice depth but they'll do that either paying Wilson or paying somebody else.

Most of the teams have the hang of the cap by now so they'll be able to keep most of the people they want to keep.

Wilson is worth a good sized contract but not too much. If he gets one of these outrageous contracts the team will suffer and then he won't be so good at winning.

Put him with an elite receiver like some of the other quarterbacks he is being compared to and watch what he does.

This.

Besides Lynch, no other "elite" QB has less offensive talent to work with than RW. Rodgers has Jordy and Cobb. Brady has Gronk. Manning has like 3 studs. Romo has Dez and Witten. Even Luck has TY. RW has......Kearse and Baldwin?

Well guys like Romo and Ryan got $20 mil a year, so why not Wilson?

Wilson cant sniff romos jock. Romo is worth every penny of his contract.

Marshawn Lynch is a winner

They aren'y going to give him 20+ mill a year.

Wilson is good, he is efficient, but they don't lean on him enough to say he is that valuable.

Finally someone gets it. Wilson is perfect for the situation he is in. But put him anywhere else where he HAS to be the reason his team wins and he won't be anywhere near as "good".

This is going to become evident when Seattle has to let players on defense leave because of Wilson's potentially ridiculous contract.

Individual prominence? Is that a new stat? Seems very arbitrary. Seattle wins games but is it due to Wilson or that defense?
Are you fricking kidding me? I am only saying his first three years are better than any other Qbs first three years in the NFL. And you thought it was worthy Thats is ignorant as shite.

63% completiong percentage, only 26 ints, 83 tds,210 yds per game passing and 40 yds per game rushing.

Add to that the team success of A super bowl in year 2. please tell me whose first three years were better. In fact, you should be able to list 20 guys since it was" :rotflmao:" to you

You constantly say stupid shite.

Four of his five starting O-linemen are ranked in the bottom 5 among starters at their position by PFF. Reggie Wayne is no longer a quality starting receiver at his age and with the injuries. All of his backs should be #2 or #3 backs in this league. Their defense has TWO quality starters and a bunch of guys in the bottom half to bottom third of starters at their position.

The general rule of thumb for GMs is that if you aren't in the top half of your position in the league among starters, you are not considered a reliable starting caliber player. There are exceptions, but GMs often grade moves on this general premise. The 21st best starting left guard is not considered reliable.
