Yes, and he was in college too.

I think the better question is, why are you so bothered by this? The numbers speak for themselves.

Patrick Peterson may cover the #1 wide receiver almost all the time, but you also have to take into account that he does it pretty badly. The grades speak for themselves.

I literally just told you why they don't.

On the other hand, Richard Sherman may only cover one side of the field, but he also completely shuts down that side of the field.

It just makes it east to take him out of the game while shutting down receivers that are your 2nd and 3rd check anyway.

Its a good system, but it is a system. It requires a while team. You can't compare a zone Cb to a man CB in stats.

That he's losing value by NFL analysts but this board is reluctant to accept that.

I'm not bothered at all. I am merely responding to the guys saying it is an LSU thing. I had no clue the cardinals and NFL execs and analysts were LSu grads

If he wasn't such a ridiculous athlete, he'd just be another above-average corner that few people would discuss.
lol

If Adrian Peterson weren't such a ridiculous athlete, he would be a run of the mill runningback.

See how dumb that statement is?

Arizona Cardinals have a pretty damn good defense as well.

Also, provide evidence to your claim of Byron Maxwell covering the #1 the majority of the time.

Really? Who on this board after this season is saying he is the best corner? I haven't seen a thread.

The difference is that Adrian Peterson's athleticism actually helps him perform on the football field.

Yes. And as the article mentions, there's this weird perception to avoid him on fantasy if your WR is facing him. He did not look good at all the few times I watched them this year

Literally no one has said that. The comments about this not going over well on this board were referencing the fact that Peterson is referred to as a borderline god on this message board.

I think you could find a couple that really do view him as the #1 cornerback.

That being said, most on this board do view him as a top cornerback in the NFL.

Holy Jesus.

Patrick Peterson's athleticism doesn't help him perform on the football field?

Well Open your eyes, my point is clearly the cardins and multiple other people see him as one of the best corners and that has nothing to do with Lsu. Get my point now?

thanks for taking time out of your day to try and bring down PP on a website. Everyone loves the guy unlike the thug that is Cam Newton. Did his dad ever give back the money that they took to attend Auburn.
