People are starting to talk.

It starts with a poor coaching hire. They hire a good d coordinator as head coach but someone with no experience and is over his head.

They move to the SEC where they can’t beat up on the bad Big 12 anymore.

Oklahoma hasn’t won since 2000. 22 years. They’re only 3 years behind Nebraska.

Oklahoma has been in the BCS or playoff discussion nearly every season. Nebraska has not.

And that defensive coordinator has give up four touchdowns and 240 yards of offense in the first quarter to TCU.

Uh no. I’m saying they’re not currently Nebraska obviously as someone tried to suggest. They’re on the path to being.

They won't be as bad as Nebraska but I do think they are on the path to becoming Texas A&M

Venables has always been overrated.

He's fine if you can trot out 11 NFL players like Dabo did.

I don't think Venables was a poor hire. I just think Riley was an elite coach at OU.

I say that as someone that wasn't 100% sold on Riley previously but he goes to USC and props them up immediately.

God I wish. I get so tired of the Ou fans here who act like they’re the greatest program and deserving of all this respect when they haven’t won shite since 2000 and get wrecked 7 out of 10 times in big games outside of conference.

Hiring a guy who no one ever wanted as a headman has Peter principal, not Nebraska, written all over it.
