Sun belt took their girlfriend and their lunch money

Big 12 isn't too far behind when they lose UT and OU!

LaTech deserves a better conference.

Some up and coming programs, could be some surprises.

Tommy McClelland did this. He was a POS and glad he’s gone.

That’s a gross list. WKU needs to come back home to the fun belt

Their bottom is probably worse than the bottom of the MAC but Liberty is far and away the best school (in football anyway) out of either conference.

Middle Tennessee softball was one pitch away from eliminating Alabama in the Regional this year.

Well, let me just be very frank and very direct — there is no conversation at Conference USA, nor is there any interest. And I think that’s – I don’t know how direct, I can be with that,”
I think if I were in Lafayette’s position, I’d be trying to figure out a way to move up to a level, like Conference USA. And so, you know, congratulations on that conversation,” McClelland added. “But I think for us, you know, you’ve got understand… if we all of a sudden decided there was going to be a membership expansion in Conference USA, I think there would be numerous individuals from that league that would be interested in joining and paying a premium that we all pay to be in this league. And so I think there will be individuals that would be interested in that.
“If their league expanded, I don’t think there would be anybody in our league that would be interested in that, so I think that’s the litmus test on a merger.”

La tech beat its chest a couple years ago about how C USA was superior and laughed at the Sun Belt. They get what they deserve

I don’t know if the conference survives at this point.

I'm glad Southern Miss escaped.

What is sad is when they started they had good programs or programs with potential in:
Houston, Louisville, Cincinnati, Memphis, South Florida, and Tulane.

Started way before he was even hired at LaTech.
