meh. Looking at UT's schedule, okie lite sans Dez isn't all that scary. That's about all they have left

UF should breeze until the SEC title game. Bama has to get past LSU

Iowa still has you guys on the road. If Pryor plays even average, OSU is far more talented. It's not really close

I don't think they would/could make the Nat'l Champ game even if undefeated. It will be SEC champ vs. USC or Texas probably.

They would easily be over USC and especially Texas, who would get crushed in the computers with a loss

What the frick are you talking about? Iowa has one of the best SOS no matter what ranking index you're talking about.

They still need some losses

As long as Texas loses or the SEC teams both lose I think they are fine. I still think Iowa's computer score is going to be too good to be left out for a 1-loss.

You know it is amazing people are blasting Iowa's schedule. It aint unbeleivable, but any objective measure of SOS will show that Iowa plays a VERY GOOD schedule. There is a REASON Iowa is #1 in almost every computer poll.

Now Iowa has terrible style points and there are getting lucky against the worst teams on their schedule. But the schedule itself is legit.

Iowa in the NC game will only add to the Big10 reputation of being terrible....yet voters will still vote a Big10 team high again next year

Right, cause other top teams don't play rent-a-wins like ULL and Tulane.

There is NO queston that and unbeaten Iowa team makes the Title game if there is only ONE other unbeaten team.

Not gonna happen and Alabama, Florida, or LSU will have the strength of schedule to back their claim.

You're extremely naive if you think a 1-loss SEC Champ goes over undefeated Iowa.

Last time I checked those weren't the only two teams on Iowa's schedule and the Hawkeyes aren't the only team with an FCS program or two on their schedule.

And the fact is they are still ranked across the board as having a Top 5 SOS.

No I didn't, I have said over and over Iowa plays a legit schedule and wil have a good computer score.

There is a reason why the humans are 2/3, because the computers can't see that Iowa looks like dog shite against their worst competition. Any subjective measure suggests Texas > Iowa and Texas will almost definitely go over Iowa.

so what happens if UF/Bama is undefeated along with Texas and Iowa

assuming they will be 1,2,3 in the Coaches Poll, does Texas get the 2003 USC treatment?
