Close to 40, season ending injury, I could see it. Great career if this is it.

I never thought he would have much of an nfl career because of his size when he played for K-State... I was wrong.

CEH will fill the void

Great career for Sproles though. Loved his time on the Saints

He wanted last year to be his last, but got hurt early on so he came back this year.

He was excellent and seems universally liked by everyone. More dynamic Kevin Faulk-ish type career. Just a reliable dude. How many rings he got?

His big 12 championship vs OU back when OU got the bama benefit of the doubt was an all timer.

Shame on the BCS for robbing us of LSU-USC

I can still see him torching them in that night game, juts blurring down the field. It was the first indication if the huge fraud Oklahoma and Co. Were that year.

Not too surprising. Seems like he has battled injuries every year lately. Best wishes for him. Wish he could have gone out as a Saint.

It looked as if he was finally losing a step towards the end of his tenure with the saints. Then he goes to the Eagles and just keeps producing at a high level. One heck of a football player
