Nebraska's QB was the starter at Virginia but he didn't have a good offensive line or receivers and had to run around for his life. Virginia is better now than when he was there but he has much more talent around him now than at UVA.

I have thought through every possible scenario and not going for 2 makes very little sense.
The only pro: kicking here leaves you down 4. If Nebraska kicks a FG, you are down 7, so TD + PAT equals OT.....and going for 2 and failing means you need a 2 in the above scenario.
