The Aints may be slightly better than the Cowboys next season (don’t bet on it), but the next 3 years? 5 years? Yeah all Dallas as long as they sign Dak.

I'm not really interested in childish fan smack talking. The Cowboys have a good roster, they were 1 game back in the division, they could definitely make the playoffs next year. As for the next 3-5 years too many variables but given the Saints QB is 41 who they get next will be major factor and no its won't be Tasom Hill

I’m interested to see what McCarthy does with this roster. From top to bottom he hasn’t had a roster as talented as this one since at least the 15-1 team.

The Cowboys should trade him while his stock is high and draft someone else. I don’t think he is good enough to do it himself.

Stafford/Flacco debate on here.

Stafford is significantly better than Flacco. Stafford just plays for a garbage organization.

Whoever they like and can get. If they’re not going to pay him they should get something for him while they can. If there is no one they like they can sign Cam or Jamies as a stop gap.

For the price I would take Fromm and win with defense and an elite running game.

That would be a very Dallas thing to do. And we would all enjoy it.

that's not an answer, if you think someone is better that's available then who?

you also will need a time machine to go back in time

Prescott has already proven he's good in the NFL to pass on him for Jake Fromm is laughable

The titans just made it to the AFC championship game with an elite running game and defense. A conference championship is something the Cowboys will never see if they’re depending on Dak to carry them there.

You act like all other parts are equal. They will not be able to afford to surround him with elite talent if they have to pay him an astronomical salary. Dak is better than Fromm but for the price Fromm would be better because they can afford to surround him with better talent.

Blake Bortles and Trent Dilfer have won made it to CCG. Dak is better than both and Zeke is a better back than either of them.

Dallas’s problem was coaching, not talent.

and got squashed in said AFC CG They were a mediocre team "got hot" that beat an old declining Patriots team ripe for the picking and Baltimore who had 3 turnovers and went 0-4 on 4th down conversations.

its a team game but other than just bias, why on earth would you think Prescott could never get to the CCG? Some outright shitty QB's have gone to the CCG. You can have a good Defense and a good QB too.

you could say the same thing about KC Mahomes

They can draft well, fill in with lower priced vets, restrux his deal if its too cap unfriendly, lots of things you can do, several teams have done it. you don't need "elite" talent at every position. The stupid move was paying Elliott

Dak certainly doesn't deserve to be the highest paid player.

But if this indeed does happen, it would be business as usual for Jerry Jones. He has a reputation of overpaying his players.
