What a horrible decision and why isn't the school liable
if the NCAA is?

Wouldn't the plaintiff need to prove he incurred concussions to make this claim. Seems difficult to do 45 years later and with what I assume no documented history of them.

This country desperately needs a common sense rule for lawsuits. I.e., if your common sense should have told you that something was potentially dangerous, then you can't sue someone else if you get hurt doing it.

I got an injury playing high school football. My orthopedic surgeon told me it was an impact injury to my lower spine common in gymnasts and lineman. I had surgery and thankfully fine now. Should I get Gordon? LOL, nah I look back on that time with fondness. I don’t get everyone suing each other for everything. You ruin a society like that.
