Do Bama fans still think Bear Bryant is the greatest coach in Bama history despite the fact that it's Nick Saban?

I can’t stand anymore of your strawman arguments.

I must leave you now,

How come LeBron has made it to 3 more Finals than MJ?

It's not because his team was better.

If your stance is that Lebron is better than Jordan, than you can argue that the Heat teams he was on were better than the Bulls.

This Cavs team isn't very good outside of Lebron, no doubt about it, but it's not like he's always been on shite-bag teams. Also, do we throw out the idea that the Eastern Conf. was alot more competitive during Jordan's run than it currently is? I mean... '18 Raptors aren't sniffing a 1 seed in 1992.

Jordan also didn’t play in a time where maybe 3-4 teams were stacked and then there was a huge drop off in talent amongst teams. The NBA is one of the worst products. Players talk over free agency about making one city a super team over an offseason. You can literally predict the conference final match up every year. Superstars used to stay with the team that drafted them and try and build something. Now it’s about making the league boring and having four good teams. Would have more respect for Lebron had he never gone to Miami to go win a title with a super team and then head back home now that he got a title under his belt. The NBA is no fun to watch anymore. I miss the old day when a foul was a foul. Now you have players (especially Lebron) who grab their eye when they were never touched. The fake injuries are worse than soccer. Not buying the NBA product. But hey let’s see who he goes and plays for next season cause joining a great team will just had to his legacy. Lol

Apparently Jordan does, he did not make the finals more than he made them, including 3 first round exits.

Maybe LeBron made it to the finals more because the East has been a shite show for 10+ years? As soon as he plays a west team in the finals he gets his shite pushed in more times than not. End of story.

And who were the teams Jordan lost to in the first round and how do they compare historically to the teams LBJ has faced in the East? And in formulating your answer, let’s not point to the loss to the Bucks in MJ’s first season considering King James missed the playoffs entirely his first year in the league.

Jordan seems to get credit for losing prior to the Finals. 6/15 brah

First 2 years, was it not? And do we discuss MJ’s last two seasons or whether he should get negative marks for his foray into baseball(I am not in this camp, have no issues with the baseball gig)?

I was actually trying to point out that pointing to finals wins/losses as though it is the prime indicator of a players worth to the game relative to others is kind of silly.

Part of what you argue seems to imply that it is better to lose to the eventual champ in early rounds but somehow worse to do so in the final? I assume that was not your intent.

I just feel happy that I have been able to see (on TV) the likes of Wilt Chamberlain later in his career and Kareem, Magic Bird, MJ, Shaq, Kobe, Lebron, even Curry and KD and so many others.

The Buffalo Bills of the early 90s are the greatest dynasty ever.

Lebron wouldn't have gone through the knicks, pacers, and magic like he is doing right now to these east teams who are not in the same level. Charles Oakley would have made lebron his bitch.

Jordan entered the league at 22.

LeBron entered the league at 19.

It took LeBron 9 years to win his first title.

It took Jordan 7 years to win his first title.

When Jordan was coming up the East was dominating.

When LeBron has come up the West was dominating.

And we'll always wonder what else Jordan would've done if he didn't leave to play baseball in the midst of it all.
