Go ahead enlighten everyone just like you did when you explained how Manning didn't choke on it again yesterday.

Its all about putting up the right amount of wins getting to the playoffs and playing great football when you are supposed to play great football. Tom Brady with this win will break Montana's all time playoff winning record. That's saying something about Tom...

I feel like things have evened out with Brady. The tuck rule year was a farce, and Brady was relying on the defense for the first couple. That said, the last two took the luckiest caches in the history of the game to cut NE's heart. One more, and he is in the running for GOAT. Two more, and he is GOAT.

I hope one day advanced stats/saber metric guys finally figure out football so we can stop judging QBs by Super Bowl wins

Johnny Unitas is the GOAT. He had the statistical records AND the rings.

It wouldn't matter. Advanced stats in other sports are laughed off by the majority of fans in favor of idiotic cliches and media created narratives. People hate having their biases removed

If we look at great QBs over the years, Titles have something to do with it for the most part.

Finally, someone with a decent list. If Brady wins 2 more there's not even a discussion. It will be like Jordan and the NBA. Brady would universally be accepted as the GOAT QB.

Personally I think one more and Brady is the GOAT. Question

Brady > Belichick
Belichick > Brady
Brady + Belicheck > Than most others

Is it the system, the quarterback or the combination that makes them good?

Why does the last 35 seconds in one game prevent Brady from being the GOAT now?

Something to do...for the most part. That in a nutshell says why it's stupid to judge QBs by titles.

David Tyree's catch is the only thing keeping Brady from a Jordan-like status apparently

Tyrees catch wasn't a TD though.

Add the titles between Montana, Unitas, Graham and Brady and tell me it's not a huge factor.

You can only judge a player's greatness by how dominate they were in their era; therefore, without question Otto Graham is THE greatest ever to play the quarterback position if not the greatest to ever play the game regardless of position.

He took the Browns to the league championship game every year between 1946 and 1955, winning seven of them. Think about that for second...And by the way he only played the game from 1946 to 1955. In other words, he took his team to the Superbowl every year he played and won the majority of them.

I'm a big Brady fan and think he's in the conversation as greatest now. Trying to err on the lower side and not let personal favorites interfere.
One more and I don't know if anyone can defend him not being the greatest.
