Wait until the advertisers start demanding more space on the uniforms and the teams decide to take their names off the uniforms and make the entire front an ad, just like soccer.

Or Mexican league baseball. Ads go all the way down to pant legs.

Back to top I get that sports are trying to figure out how to continuously grow their revenue.
lolno. they can pump all the fake revenue numbers they want, the truth is they're trying to figure out how to generate enough revenue to simply pay the bills and cover players active contracts. putting ads on jerseys is complete desperation, as is selling out to gambling interests. same with expanding the regular/postseason. they've tried tapping into foreign markets, but those aren't going to move the needle without having a permanently anchored local franchise

Does it bother you more that Strauss is a German company? Strauss Workwear
Why didn't they go after Levi Strauss & Co, Wrangler or Carhart?
Should they have JP Morgan or Chase on them to signify how big a business sports have become?
Rawlings makes MLB helmets. Why didn't they just ask them for more money to put their name on the side of the helmet?
When I 1st saw Strauss on the helmets, I wondered if it was Levis' trying to be uppity. Then I figured it was some financial company, or tech company, that was over my head. I laughed out loud when I saw it was competition of Carhart, out of Germany.

It's not an issue with some team.
Stifel for blues and cardinals actually look like part of uniform. Same color scheme as rest of uniform, then you have shite logos like braves with. Quick crete, lol, u can clearly see it's a sponsor, it's yellow fo christs sake, patch sticks out like a quick crete employee, just stuck a patch on their sleeve and said good enough
Yellow goes with nothing braves wear for jerseys

I can’t imagine being bothered by this. How do you people go through life constantly butthurt by meaningless things?

I don't give a frick what color it is. If a different shade of lipstick is used on a pig, it's still the same ugly pig.
