What's your issue with the organization?
For a consistently good team they kind of fly under the radar with the national media. They don't get sucked off like Dallas or KC. They've got a top 5 roster in the league that was built mainly through the draft. They've drafted elite players in rounds 2-4, and trust their culture enough to take chances on the "talented but volatile" players.
I'm biased but I think they're the most complete team in the league. Jalen is up and down as a passer (decision maker) and I don't think Sirianni adds much aside from man management- but they have the following with little debate:
Top 5 defense
Top 5 running back
Top 5 offensive line
Top 5 WR duo
Top 12 QB
They can win football games in a multitude of ways and have the pieces to be elite on any given sunday at running the football or throwing the football. The defense will travel. They're a wagon
