Jurich may have drawn a line in the sand, but the Louisville media is turning on him. Rick Bozich is calling for Rick to step downLINK

Pressure maybe too great for Rick to still be the coach.

Eta: I would rather have Rick at the helm...Cal owns his arse anyway.

He needs to go to the NBA and this is pretty minor.

Check my earlier statement.

If Pitino let that fugly bitch around his players he should be dismissed by dark.

I just don't see it. It's not the first time some of those guys have called for Pitino to go.

I don't think anything happens to him unless the NCAA finds enough to throw out that lack of institutional control label. Pitino's comments of denial in the OTL report/article definitely suggests they're going to make a scapegoat of McGee since he's no longer on staff.

Jurich is the only person Pitino needs. His word is iron when it comes to that program, and you and I and everyone else know that.

Matt, hate to break it to y'all, but Jones is just as scummy as Cal.
Do you have any evidence (other than recruiting success) to support this?

Can you imagine Rick making an in home visit after this? I really can't call it when it comes to whether he will survive this or not. Anywhere else and I would say he's 100% out, at UL, he may get a raise.

They would be fools to fire Jurich. What he's done with Louisville has been incredible, even if he's hired some pieces of shite. Top to bottom he's made them a good athletic program and more relevant than they could ever imagine

Jurich rehired Petrino. Moral behavior does not matter to him whatsoever. Pitino isn't going anywhere unless he wants to leave. After his 15 seconds of fame incident, if you survive that embarrassment, nothing will take you down.
