These athletes like Brown think that money train will never run out! Imagine blowing 100 mil?
Sports people are some of the worst when it comes to money. So many of them act like it will continue to keep rolling in forever.
Several big name boxers have blown way more money than Antonio Brown even earned in his football career. Evander Holyfield is said to have earned over $500 million between his boxing purses and endorsements and it is said his net worth now is around $1 million.
Mike Tyson is another one and a bit more fortunate than Holyfield with a net worth around $10 million after having earned over $400 million in his career. Of course having Don King as a manager is a costly proposition to begin with, so there's that.

I don't see how it's possible to burn through $100M. Then again, I saw some NFL players post a dinner bill of about $40k, so I guess they accept the challenge and look to see just how stupid they can be with money.

Sounds almost too stupid to be true, but never underestimate the stupidity of some people.
Take Holyfield for example. His house in Atlanta when he was champion was a 109 room, 45,000 sq. ft. mansion with a home theater that seated over 100 people and a dining room that could seat 100. It cost over $1 million a year to maintain.
Then the cars, other extravagant lifestyle habits, the multitude of kids with several women and necessary child support payments-------it don't take long.

Holyfield's fortune was drained by frivolous spending, multiple failed business ventures, constant child support payments, and his three divorces, among other things.
