Oregon looked much more capable than they did against Auburn and LSU. tOSU was just a complete team.

But the results were the same weren't they?

Your response has nothing to do with his comment. Must be all the sex.

It was worse. We got dominated more by tOSU than Auburn or LSU.

Yea, I see that now. That makes his comment even more stupid.

Oregon could have won last night if passes weren't dropped. Acting like OSU was some world beater on the all time scale is stupid.

And what happened to your connecting flight?

LSU 40
Oregon 27 (with a garbage TD)

Ohio State 42 (with a garbage TD)
Oregon 20

Hmmm.....

Oregon definitely made a lot of mistakes. Makes it all the more maddening. Eta...also should've thrown the ball more.

I'm taxiing (sp?) now to the run way. See y'all in a couple hours.

To be fair, LSU dominated because of turnovers. Ohio State dominated despite turnovers. So that is pretty impressive.

Either way, both teams literally kicked Oregon's shite in.

I might be overestimating their talent. I will never know what our offense would've done with a vertical threat outside in Carrington or Allen. Also, the dropped passes stick in my craw.

However, at the end of the day, you should be able to overcome two dropped passes when you win the TO battle by as much as we did.

I think you Oregon fans have always understated the beating you took in 2011. That was classic Les, and that game set the blueprint for the rest of the season. You guys cry about injuries and turnovers and blah, blah, blah. Our response is that was our game. Words cannot describe how good that defense (and special teams) was.

This Ohio State team was a true Urban Meyer team - they were fast, athletic, and aggressive on D and they had an offense that could keep pace with Oregon in a shootout, if it came to that. No doubt they are a very good team. Hell they have only lost one game in two years.

I think it's funny that you think this is a GOAT OSU team. They are good but judging from the Sugar bowl they were a very solid physical team that had less weaknesses than their opponents. They certainly didn't have a defense to rival 2011 Bama or even 2nd place 2011 LSU.

Oregon tries to wear out defenses going side to side with the ball as fast as possible and taking advantage of the fact that there are rarely if ever holding calls on WR's setting the edge on a run, but the problem is when you build a speed team to beat a speed team you don't have the size to stop power football.

Do you think Oregon's defense would have handled Alabama's offense any better than OSUs? How about Georgia with a healthy Gurley?

The one dropped pass was a short 3rd and 2 spacing play where he was immediately tackled. That wouldn't have changed the complexion of the game.

The long drop did to an extent but this was still an arse beating. Even with those drops, it's not close.

What team expects to play a title game without any drops? Drops happen almost every game to everyone.

296 yards and 4 TDs say otherwise.
