No method of draft order will go without controversy.
NFL and MLB reverse standings, NBA draft lottery, the proposed “wheel” draft, etc.
There will always be ways to game it and there will always be people pissing and moaning about tanking or pure luck.
Christ, the Magic drafted Shaq and Chris Webber in back to back years by pure chance, including getting Webber with only one winning combination after barely missing the playoffs, and the rest of the NBA had a collective shitfit and broke the lottery in response.

The heads of these leagues are the only ones to fault. The whole league is manipulated at every level for various reasons and these grown arse men should know that by now.

Wentz isn't going to be there much longer and Hurts has proven he will be the starter moving forward. Why not get your future 2nd string QB some live snaps in a game that literally means nothing for your team this year?
What's laughable to me is the players showing emotion and fight about this. Maybe if they had given this much of a shite during the season, they would have won more than 4 games.

Their only super bowl winning coach in franchise history? He’s consistently made the playoffs as well. I remember when Saints fans wanted Peyton canned and now he’s regarded as one of the best in the NFL.

I never thought I would see the day Emmitt gets cucked by the Eagles over some BLM bullshite.
The eagles were eliminated and wanted to see what they had on the depth chart and presumably not get Hurts an injury vs the redskins pass rush such that he would miss time next year. Standard Op for bad teams in week 17.
Shame because I still have his jersey and he used to be a favourite player for me. But if the left gets to get rid of friends over politics I guess it’s time for me too (#metoo) as well

This might be the stupidest nfl controversy of all time and that’s saying something. This is the power the New York media and their stupid fans have making this such a big story because their shitty 6-10 team didn’t make the playoffs.

The 2 seed was in reach (although not for long because of how quickly Buffalo put Miami away) but Tomlin decided to rest his starters since they didn't get a true bye week this year.
