Has any coach had a worse percentage through at least 3 seasons?

Update: He now has the second 0-16 season in history.

I thought for sure Gus Bradley’s would be worse but his is .226

He never won more than 5 games in Jacksonville

Don’t matter. In 3 years some other dumb arse franchise will hire him to be their head coach

The best part is they just let him keep going and someone will be dumb enough 3 years after he is fired to give him another shot at head coach

Hue Jackson is the worst HC in NFL history and it’s not debatable

considering Pittsburgh is still playing for the #1 seed in the AFC... unless NE gets up big, early in their game today (ETA: vs. NYJ in Razor Blade Stadium)... I'm afraid I just can't see this happening

Not NFL but Rick Venturi at NW plus some interim HC time was pretty abysmal.

He’s not a good coach, no question. However, it’s probably the worst front office stint of all time. They’ve had a ridiculous number of high draft picks and have done virtually nothing with all of that ammo.
Brandon Weeden
Johnny Manziel
Justin Gilbert
Trent Richardson
Barkevious Mingo
Traded down two years ago to pass on Jared Goff
Massive busts.

Joe Thomas is really the only high draft boom in the past decade for the browns.

John McKay was 7-37 his first three seasons. But he took over the expansion Bucs so he had a legitimate excuse for having such a bad record. Hue is just an all-time bad coach.

A pitiful hire by a pitiful franchise hope he stays long enough to lose 30 more

But Mike Silver swears he's a good coach.

Steelers are sitting practically every decent to good player on their roster. They will still probably win, but they aren't trying.

Here's the thing: he still won TWO games in those two seasons--14 game seasons. And he had an excuse to go winless. NFL expansion rules pretty much guaranteed you shite in year one.

Hue Jackson is one missed field goal away from being 0-32. There are no excuses for that.

With the Rooney rule and pressure to hire black coaches, he won't be fired

It'd be like hiring a guy who completely failed at Ole Miss to run a big program.
