Pounceys, Barbers, and those Kansas twins come to my mind (besides the Mannings.)

Eli Manning, Peyton Manning
Vernon Davis, Vontae Davis
Tiki Barber, Ronde Barber
Clay Matthews, Casey Matthews
Antonio Cromartie, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (half brothers)
Champ Bailey, Boss Bailey
Josh Bullocks, Daniel Bullocks

I think that's it, and I'm not positive that all of them were drafted.

ETA: Can't believe I forgot about the Pouncey's.

Arthur and Chandler Jones (bonus points for their other brother being a frickin world champ in the UFC)

Gronkowski has two brothers that have played in the league but Idk if they were drafted or not

ETA MLB probably has a huge number seeing as they draft a billion guys every year
