Owens should be a lock, but he's known as a prima donna dickhole, and that might end up biting him in the arse.

Time has a way of healing those kinds of wounds. I hate TO, but he's charming and engaging when he wants to be. 10-15 years from now I think people will have forgotten what a dick he is.

How far off do y'all think Brees is from being considered a lock?

Haven't seen Troy Polamalu's name on here when I skimmed through, which is surprising. He's a 2 time superbowl winner, and one of the most dominant defensive players in the league despite playing at safety. He's also been to the probowl 6 times and all pro 4 times.

What about Mike Vrabel?

He's still out there being that "heart of the D" guy in KC. He had a couple good seasons followed by a couple of injury-hampered ones in Pittsburgh before he was a Patriot.

Notable #s:
14 Seasons (although the first 4 with Steelers were so-so)
57 Sacks
20 FF
42 PD
11 INT
742 Tackles (510 Solo)
10 TDs on Offense
3 Superbowl rings (1 Pitt, 2 NE)
