The Chargers are built to win a Super Bowl. A budding superstar at QB on a Rookie Contract, an already very solid roster, and should be able to free up a decent amount of Cap room. This really should be the #1 destination job for the best available coach. They need to make their move now. Lynn may be able to coach football fundamentals well, but has years of film showing he can't manage a game for ish. They need to make their move now.

I say give him one more year, but they need to significantly improve their offensive line and get a true lead back.

If Urban is going to jump to the NFL, the Chargers are as good of a place to go as any.

Ehh, my 2 candidates for coach of the year are Mike Tomlin and and Brian Flores, so it has nothing to do with that

No extra draft picks for retaining a black coach, only if another team hires away a black coach.

Chargers should be promoting Lynn to other teams, if they want those draft picks.

In all likelihood, the rich get richer this year, and the Chiefs get more draft picks when a team hires away Bienemy.

If Michigan hires Harbaugh The Chargers would be a perfect slot for him to end up.

I think it’s only if the coach moves up in the coaching hierarchy.

Regardless, I believe what you’re responding to if often referred to as a “joke”.

Well you aren’t the one making the decision so I obviously didn’t mean you had that train of thought. Don’t for once think the NFL doesn’t though.

They'll lose a bunch of games with Lynn and get a higher draft pick while still being an attractive job because Herbert looks great and will be on a rookie contract.

They're running with a rookie QB so he'll likely get another year which im on board with. If they dont show marked improvement next year he needs to take a hike.
