Because he will have a great offense, doesn't have to worry about defense, and has a front office to worry about "recruiting"

His offenses have always kicked arse and he doesn't have to recruit defense out to BFE Lubbock as the HC of Arizona.

His results at Texas Tech were actually pretty good for the talent level there IMO.

He focuses has what the NFL is looking for, passing, QB's, WR's, etc.
