How good do you think Anthony Davis will be?

I keep hearing franchise player, but does everyone pretty much agree with this?

I think he will be a beast defensively from the get go, and after couple years develop a damn good offensive game as well

Franchise changing player. Camby-ish defensively; Garnett-ish offensively once his game develops more.

I'm not biased

Hornets should get Kendall Marshall with the 10th pick.

Davis
Marshall
Gordon

New Big 3?

Yeah, he can be a franchise player definitely. Goes to a good situation in NO where they have an alpha scorer in EG so he doesn't have to worry about doing too much.

Hopefully you are right. I always thought of Garnett (minus the bitchassness) while watching Davis. I think just because they are built the same though

Hopefully he will be a mix between Zo Mourning and Tim Duncan.

I think he will be unreal, but not at first with New Orleans. Washington and Cleveland both already have stars in Kyrie Irving and John Wall for Davis to play with. NO will have to build with him. In the end they will be fine though...just not as fast as Washington or Cleveland. JMO!

I honestly have no idea how good he'll be.

Exactly what I was thinking. I think he'll be one of the best defensive players immediately, and the O should be alright.

He'll do quite well, though...

Same here. His floor is probably a very good defender, double double type. Maybe a slightly better Ibaka. I have no idea what his ceiling could be. He definitely needs to develop his offensive game in order to be a real franchise changer

In 2 or 3 years I think you're looking at Tyson Chandler with a better offensive game. A much better offensive game.

Rik Smits offensively and Theo Ratlif defensively

Basically I think his best season will look like:
17 ppg shooting high %
9 rpg
4 bpg
