A lamarcus Aldridge and ibaka mixture

I doubt he'll ever be as good a scorer as Aldridge.

The ceiling for his offensive game is really high but who knows if he'll ever get there. he's got a lot to work on but the tools are there to be have him be a pretty skilled player who locks down the paint defensively.

depends....he has to get bigger because he will get abused if he doesn't.

He'll be fantastic. His defensive prowess will translate well to the NBA. His offense is underrated because of who he had to share touches with at Kentucky. He has a good, solid stroke that will be a great foundation for what I think will be a productive offense. He won't ever be a banger but he's stronger than he looks. Kid stayed healthy despite being banged absolutely to hell all season.
He's got a good work ethic and was arguably the most consistent player on our roster. Has a very even temperment. He'll be Tim Duncan like in that regard.

Career 14/12/3 guy IMO. I like that he has some skill for a big man, but I don't know if he is aggressive enough to eclipse 20ppg in a season.

So Hornets are getting Pop as well, this is a coup

I mean when you go big, you go big.

I mean how many legit big men are there in the NBA? 5? maybe?
He'll be one of the top 10 big men the second he starts his first game

He has a MUCH better chance at averaging 20 ppg than he does 12 rebounds

it is a lot of boards, but I think in year 3 he will be averaging over 10 and be at 12 or more. Rebounding is the one skill (if you want to call it that) that translates about the same to the NBA from College.

he's 19...he handles the ball insanely well for his size, moves very well, and is by all accounts a hard worker. The sky is the limit for hm.

Cal isn't finished tormenting Rick Pitino yet. Gotta one up him in the championship column first.

is he supposed to make the Olympic squad? That could help speed along his development

abused is kind of dramatic. his length will give everyone fits from day 1 on defense

I'm thinking a 15/11/3 type of player myself at his best.
