Looking back we were really spoiled from 49-52 with 3 of the best Super Bowls of all time and 1 above average one.

Epic finish to a boring game. First 3 1/2 quarters were crap but from there on it was gripping.

Lots of drama to keep in interesting, but in terms of quality of play, it was really bad.
If it had been an identical college game, everyone would be saying both the teams suck.

The "It wasn't good football" crowd is so fricking miserable. What are you? A fricking football snob? Get over yourselves. Not every game is going to be a picture perfect work of art. Learn to appreciate different types of games. It was a fun game that went to overtime.

This was the worst SB of all time.
On the broadcast the 4th and OT sounded like it was quiet as a church in that stadium. And to make it worse, have to deal with Romo’s annoying voice and analysis. The constant camera pans to swift. Just an awful experience

Neither of these teams are very good compared to most Super Bowl teams.
I feel like almost any Brees era Saints teams takes care of both these teams relatively easily.

It was a boring game until the 4th and ot. Would you have been happy with a 3-0 score? I appreciate defense but the offenses looked inept and besides Mahomes where is the star power?
Think about the 49ers of old..
Joe Cool, Craig, Jerry Rice, the crazy linebacker whose name I can't remember, the full back who's name I also cant remember. Those were some players.
It was basically Mahomes and a bunch of nobodies.

It wasn’t an overly exciting game (until the end). But it was 100x better than the 8 or so blowouts we got between 1985 - 1994. Give me this game over those shitty games every time

It’s the NFL. It’s fair to expect “wow” plays. It was a lot of checkdown offense interspersed with some terrible blunders like the muffed punt, Pacheco’s jr. high ball carrying, and a blocked extra point that barely cleared the kicker’s own protection.
It had entertainment in a crazy Tuesday night MACtion type of way, but I think it will largely be a forgotten Super Bowl because there wasn’t a memorable elite play.
