There is still a cost to that tho, at some point they’ll have to take their medicine for that can kicked down the road, even if that means just not having any wiggle room in the cap while most everyone else has an insane amount of cap space to use or just perpetually kick that can and hamstring yourself to a lesser extent for all of eternity I guess

WTC is just upset that Pats will be fighting Jets for 3rd in AFC East for the next 5+ seasons.
