Josh Smith and Dwight Howard played for the same AAU team.

Blake Griffin has looked like the best player in the NBA during the playoffs thus far, outside of a second half vs SA. He is playing out of his mind.

I understand that it isn't their style but it feels like Houston would be much better off slowing this down right now.

I agree that we need to slow it down. DeAndre Jordan becomes a huge offensive threat in transition. And we can't worry about him with how well Griffin is playing.

It would be the smart move given that the Clippers don't have Paul.

Absolutely agree. Blake looks unstoppable out there.

This is what Blake looked like when CP3 went down last season. I always laughed when people mocked the idea of him being a MVP candidate last season.

The guy who said he'd take Griffin over Curry and Harden a couple of weeks ago doesn't look so dumb.

Blake was probably the most dominant inside player of the decade in NCAA

What he did at OU was incredible.

I'm fascinated by Austin Rivers. I couldn't care less about this series otherwise. I don't know if I want him to get hung up on the rim trying to dunk or to hit a game winning 3 - I only know I want him to play 48 minutes.

Wow, Harden three is down and squirts out, Blake loses the handle and the Clippers end up with a bucket.

I would love to see a replay of those 4 steps and changing pivot foot without getting called for a travel.

I actually got to see him play in person in the Sweet 16/Elite 8. He is one of those guys you really have to see in person to appreciate.

The ball definitely doesn't seem to be bouncing well for Houston right now. But we just can't let them play this close.

One weird byproduct of Paul being out is that the Clippers push the ball even faster in transition. Usually when they get a defensive board, Paul is yelling for the ball right away. Right now, they are just tossing it to the open guy.
