Honest answer, relative to the sport, stats, longevity and impact, probably. Many other mentioned in this thread accomplished great things, but none (maybe Tiger Woods and Pele excepted) went from hyped as the potential for GOAT as a young teenage to changing the long-term trajectory of their sport, to transcending their sport, to setting at-time records, to outplaying/outlasting all of the their contemporaries.

Usain Bolt is a good example. At age 15 he ran 20.58 in the 200m and won the World U20 championship. At age 16 he broke the world under-18 record by a quarter of a second at 200m. He went on to have one of the most dominating professional careers ever.
