Seattle and Texas are a pretty solid team and did improve in the offseason. Wouldn't shock me at all, but I still think the A's or Angels take the division. Little early in the season to call it

I was listening to Travis Gregory Stano this afternoon and he had Lonald Weiler-Sledge on. Lonald is a huge baseball fan and wow they really took a deep dive on the AL West. Based on their conversation, I really think there is something to OP. TGS was going on about how the Astros are the favorites (so typical of him) and Lonald was just giving it to him with these crazy analytic stats about Gallo’s adjustments and how basically the Rangers are going to win 100 games. Then some soy boy A’s fan called in and complained that they never get talked about. Lonald called him a cuck and hung up on him while TGS was laughing in the background. Just insane, wow!

Dude I was listening to that too I’m so glad someone else caught it. IMO Lonald is the type of guy you drop everything you’re doing and listen to him when you get the chance

Definitely. No MBB team that lost a season opening series has ever done anything after that. Clearly the Astros have no chance of recovering over the next 158 games and will just be going through the motions after this disastrous and season ending start.
