The first one that comes to my mind is Geno Atkins.

I’m sure there are better examples

Danielle Hunter. Good at LSU, but has taken it to another level with the Vikings

Surprised this wasn't the first choice.

Aaron Rodgers was good, but not as prolific as his NFL career has been.

I'd still say he was better than good in college though.

Lots of guys because college coaches are dumb. Brady's a prime example since he split time with a guy with a 50% completion rate because that guy was a big recruit. Kamara/Hurd another example.

The flashes of brilliance were there for Rodgers though. He and JJ Arrington were a good 1-2 punch for Cal.

He went 11th in the 1st round of the draft.

So NFL GM's sort of disagree with you there.

That he was just "good" in college.

He was a white Wisky DE...so he didn't have a lot going for him, scouts must have thought he was pretty good.

Probably based on his collegiate resume:

He earned the Ronnie Lott Trophy in 2010, voted AP and Sports Illustrated second-team All- American, All-Big Ten first-team, and was voted the team's MVP.

If that's just "good" then most players in CFB suck.

10 yards away from beating the best collegiate team of the 2000's.

Took Cal to 10-2.

Finished #9 in the country.

Cal.

We're talking about Cal here.

Willie Parker barely even played at UNC and was really good for the Steelers for a few years.
