I wouldn't even put Hill in the top 5 of his position. Just off the top of my head Lebron James, Larry Bird, Elgin Baylor, John Havlicek, and Dr J were all better players.

Not top five, but could have been a potentially HOF'er if he had a completely healthy career.

The same could be said of Bernard King, but King was better than Hill.
