Not really. Boise will play OOC games if they can get a one and one deal. They really wanted Michigan till they backed out. They just have a view going on the road and playing 4 mega power OOC games is stupid if they get nothing in return.
THey are already in a conference where it is not easy for fans to travel to a good many of their in conference games. So why deprive their UNiversity and fan base of more home games

Still would rather just see Utah and boise in the pac10 so they could have a chamionship game in San Fran.
