This is mainly a product of the Mavs tanking. The next few years should be fun and I'll care more about the regular season since the local team is good again.

It went from a 6 to a 9 for me after Kawhi was released from the shackles of Popovich. And as unfortunate as it was for Durant to go down, it definitely made the NBA a much more interesting product to watch.
