Maybe he really is the ultra competitive crazy person and wants to be the best HC ever or something.
But I doubt it. Those dudes make a third of what he makes if they are the best, and grind out absolutely ridiculous hours

Even Peyton Manning, who supposedly can't live without football or some shite, seems content with the ManningCast satisfying his needs and still leaving him a ton of time for golf at Augusta.
Coaches are just a different breed and quite possibly not all there in the head.

I could see GM as he had a lot of input this offseason + draft, but not coach. Have also never once heard coaching for him either.
