Fri: WS game 3

Sat: WS game 4
Penn State @ Ohio State

Sun: Regional NFL game
Cowboys-Redskins
WS game 5

Do they have a case for the best network weekend ever?

I'm sure this will get good ratings but damn I'm tired of the NFC east being shoved down our throats.

Why the frick do I feel like the only NFL games I've seen all year consist of one of Wash, NYG, Dallas, or KC?

Jesus.

Also, why do soooo many NFL teams feel like they're the exact same team? Seems like I'm watching the same game every single time.

The old Joe Buck Philly doubleheaders where he'd take the tunnel from the Eagles stadium to the Phillies World Series game was GOAT

He used to do it for the Cowboys/Rangers too.

Those are two good teams.

Skins schedule to start the season has been absolutely brutal. And it doesn't get any easier. They're playing everyone at the wrong time.

Gm 5 might not happen and Cowboys/Redskins is two 3-3 teams.

Also one of the big NFL rivalries.

I feel like these frickers have been on Thursday night and Sunday Night every week.

Obviously they haven't, but hell. They were in the opening Thursday game, and were on CBS 3 weeks ago, SNF 2 weeks ago, and TNF this past week. 7 weeks, and they have been in a nationally broadcast game 4 times.

It's almost like Westwood One having the Packers every week.

ABC in the first week of January had the greatest sports weekend ever IMO.

Friday, January 2
Fiesta Bowl- Ohio State vs. Kansas State

Saturday, January 3
NFL Playoff Doubleheader- Ravens vs. Titans, Panthers vs. Cowboys

Sunday, January 4
BCS National Championship Game- LSU vs. Oklahoma

That doesn't make it a good game.

It’s a huge game for Washington. They can kiss any hope of catching Philadelphia goodbye with a loss. Currently there are 11 NFC teams at .500 or above. They don’t want to fall to the back of that huge pack chasing a wildcard spot.

Dallas would be in slightly better shape with a loss because they have two games left against the Eagles. Conceivably, they have a better chance to catch the Eagles.
